Motor is not spinning
There are a few situations in which the motor is not turning:
If this happens to you, please follow these steps to try to resolve the issue before contacting us.
What sound do you hear?
"beep beep beep beep beep..."
If the Plume and its remote are turned on and you hear a repetitive "beep beep beep beep..." sound, it means that the motor controller is not receiving the command from the remote.

The reception antenna in the board may be the cause. Please check that its connector (located on top of the mast, under the battery) is properly connected. Corrosion traces on the connector may degrade the signal transmission, so use an electrical contact cleaning spray if necessary.

The pairing between the Plume and its remote may be the cause. Perform a new pairing by following the procedure indicated.

Check all electrical connections, as a connector may be poorly connected.
"@#!§$?!" ("bad" sound from the motor)
- Cut the power at the battery level.
- Pour clean water into the motor while gently and firmly trying to rotate the rotor by hand.
- Turn on the foil again and try again.
