Connectors and Seals Check
It is important to visually inspect the absence of corrosion and damage to the seals at the electrical connections of your Plume.
To ensure proper sealing, facilitate assembly, and prevent accelerated wear of the electrical connection interfaces, it is recommended to apply a film of silicone-based marine grease on the seals.
If you have any doubts about a possible seal defect or wear on any of your seals, do not put your efoil in the water and send a photo to Whimsitech's technical services. We will strive to respond to you as soon as possible and provide a repair or replacement solution if necessary.
If there are signs of corrosion on the electrical connectors, please apply a product such as "contact cleaner" to remove these traces of corrosion and prevent premature damage to the connector.
